The Indian Ocean Real Estate Company (IOREC) is a Mauritian registered property development company, focusing its activities within the Indian Ocean Region.

Our company was established in 2009 by the shareholders of Groupe Mon Loisir and Actis Private Equity Group. With a strategic asset pool, a portfolio of land and an equity investment already established and an experienced international and  local real estate development team in place IOREC is driving forward new asset creation, enhancement and management across all sectors within the region.

IOREC is recognised for its ability to deliver quality products and owns and has access to prime sites. It also boasts access to finance as well as a proficient proven team with a strong pedigree of conceiving and delivering high quality, high performing real estate assets across all sectors and regions.

As IOREC further develops  its role for the 2012 and 2013 programme; the local team, from our offices in Port Louis, will drive the launch of various development activities in Mauritius.
